Weight in, Tuesday on Thursday. Oops.

Same story here.  Feel like a broken record!!!  Weight hasn't changed.  Which is fine with me as long as it is not going up.  My "workouts" are still happening.  I still don't like them, but will keep doing them.  I guess I'll just keep keeping on!!!!

  3. I am in the same boat,except i njoy my workouts,prolly cause my MP3 is filled with great gospel music,Scale hasnt moved but the clothes say I have lost,HANG N THERE!
