Well, the wagon is much harder to get back on then I thought. I don't see myself going back to where I was when I started. I see myself being what God has intended me to be, healthy. I do better with structure and I haven't had much structure since May. Going to work hard to get back in control of my sin and overcome it.
On a side note I did walk yesterday for 31 minutes yesterday...good start!!
That is a good start! a 31 minute walk is excellent cardio!
ReplyDeleteHere is the verse I'll be focusing in for the rest of the week.
"if you do what is right, will you jot be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it." ~Genesis 4:7
My focus will be to remember that God is my master, not food. And even if I don't want to work out, or I'm not feeling great, or I'm too busy...I still will because that is what is right. We shouldn't take for granted the healthy bodies God gave us. We should take care of our temples.
Okay...you know I'm saying that all for myself, with the hopes that it might encourage you too, right? ;). I'll be praying for you as I pray for myself!
thanks... yeah...I just read that too, lol!
