Baseball + Baseball + Dance = June 2010

It was so crazy busy in June running the kids to baseball games, practices, dance classes, dress rehearsals and two nights of recital!!!  With Steve's new work schedule, which we love, I have to do some crazy maneuvers to get everyone where they need to be.  Some nights I had four different kids who needed to be in three different places.

Tyler was playing baseball games three nights a week.  Most games were in Southern Indiana.  He was also practicing once a week.  He is a member of a homeschool baseball team, there are only 6 players.  They have been playing with players from Jeffersonville High School in order to get to play some games.  We really hope that this team is able to take off, we just need more ball players.

Jack was playing at Beechmont Youth Sports on a 7-8 year old machine pitch team.  He really enjoyed playing.  Just can't say he learned a lot since the coach never had a practice and he never taught Jack how to play any positions, but outfield.  Big mistake on my part we will not be playing at Beechmont again anytime soon.  Heading back to Southeast Christian Baseball next summer.  Even though it wasn't the idea situation his team did win the tournament.  Yeah Jack, you are a Champion!!!!

Samantha and Caroline danced all year again and had their recital in June plus five make up classes and two regular class a week.  They have really done well this year.  They did a duet to Mighty to Save by Laura Story, it was a beautiful dance!!!!  I was so proud of them!!  They work really hard.  The dedicated the dance to their Daddy!!!

Evan was mommy's sidekick!!!  It will really get crazy when he is playing a sport too, but for now he just loves hangin' with me!!!
